about

Bianca Packham is a UK-based creative multi-disciplinarian. Her expertise encompasses research, writing, editing, graphic design, archiving, collections care and project management for publications, enterprises, universities, galleries, museums and historic homes.

Following 6 years in the publishing sector she retrained as a curator and museologist, completing postgraduate courses in Cape Town, St Andrews and Paris. Bianca recently worked on temporary exhibitions and publications for the Iziko South African National Gallery and as a researcher, archivist, artist liaison and museum coordinator for the leading London gallery, Alison Jacques. Passionate about making professional exhibition and publication design accessible to emerging artists, independent curators and cultural organisations of all sizes, she now offers affordable creative consulting.

Alongside her freelance pursuits as a narrative, exhibition and publication designer, Bianca is editor of the inaugural Scottish volume of the open access journal The Museum Scholar (to be published in Autumn 2019).
